Renunciation of the “closed form”.

1984-1988 Extensive laboratory-like experiments with
various kinds of clays. Detailed study of materials with Dorothea Chabert (ceramicist, Wolfsburg Castle).

Development of own matter allowing the greatest possible flexibility to be able to create even extreme forms, and at the same time able to withstand firing temperatures of up to 1250 C.

A process of development in which a cycle of ceramic sculptures is born – a process which is still ongoing today and in which the material presents a fresh challenge for each new subject.
